Enlistment
Information
You too can be a member of the “Bloody 27th” and experience the thrill
of combat as only a Shriver Grey can.
As you know the more men, women and children
you have in your organization, the more life-like the reenactment
becomes. Once you join, it requires dedication, researching files, and
being physically fit for those marches, which can be several miles.
There are certain needs that each individual
has. The soldier needs a gun, gear, uniform, and a tent. The women or
men
portraying civilians will need clothes, camp supplies and accessories.
Rest assured that ample time is given to a new member to procure the
items necessary to portray a reenactor.
In the interim, the new recruit will be
able to borrow uniforms and equipment in order for him to take to the
field. Members of the Company will help you with advice and
authenticity. But most importantly, you will find a group of people who
are interested in the preservation and reenactment of
history. We have a required Bootcamp, but would highly
recommended
make it to the other bootcamps to improve safety and
our drill.
Please contact one of the following individuals in order to obtain a
packet that will tell you more about the “Shriver Greys”.
